Brianna Hein is KeyBank’s Corporate Responsibility Officer for Colorado and Utah. In this role, she oversees the philanthropic budget and investment strategies to meet community needs, as well as creates and maintains relationships with community-based, charitable, and non-profit organizations. In addition, she oversees KeyBank’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) compliance goals throughout the region.
Hein has 8 years of experience in corporate philanthropy, community engagement, and CRA compliance from previous roles at Independent Financial where she most recently served as Associate Vice President, Community Development Officer for the state of Colorado. There, she identified, developed, and maintained partnerships throughout Colorado to meet community need and fulfill CRA service, lending, and investment objectives. Prior to this role, she served as a Community Relations Analyst where she administered the bank’s grantmaking across Colorado and Texas.
Hein is a Denver Business Journal 40 Under 40 2025 Honoree and a former U.S. Fulbright grantee. She graduated with honors from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with a concentration in African American women’s literature. She currently serves on Habitat for Humanity Colorado’s Sustainability Committee and Food Bank of the Rockies’ Development Committee.
Alexander Funk is the Senior Counsel and Director of Water Resources at the Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership (TRCP), a leading conservation organization that works with hunters, anglers, and outdoor enthusiasts to protect and enhance America's natural resources.
Funk focuses on advancing federal and state policies that sustain healthy watersheds for fish and wildlife and promote outdoor recreation as an economic development strategy. He has expertise in natural infrastructure solutions for drought resilience, federal and state policies for wetland conservation, Colorado River and Rio Grande Basin management, and Farm Bill conservation programs.
